Send the drawing, get a real date
Structural fabrication, sheet forming and coating under one roof, quoted against your drawing rather than against a guess.
The shop, in numbers
Four processes, one building
A job never leaves the site between operations, which is where most schedules actually slip.
Structural fabrication
Box section, plate and rolled sections cut, fitted and welded to a written procedure. Every joint is welded by a coded welder and recorded against the part number.
Sheet and plate forming
Laser cutting to 16 mm and press braking to three metres. Cut-outs are punched in the flat before folding, which is what keeps a finished panel square.
Coating
Shot blasting, seven-tank pretreatment, powder coat and two-pack epoxy. Coating in-house is what lets a rework be corrected in the same week rather than the next month.
Inspection
Dimensional inspection on a granite table, dye penetrant and ultrasonic testing on site. Records travel with the part whether or not the drawing asked for them.
The procedure comes before the arc
A fabricated structure is only as good as the procedure behind it, so every joint on every job is welded to a written procedure by a coded welder and recorded against the part. Plate is cut, formed, welded and coated inside the same building, which removes the two transport legs where most schedules slip and means a problem found at inspection can be fixed the same week. We quote on the drawing you send and we quote a date we intend to keep — if a material lead time makes that date impossible, you will hear it at the quotation stage rather than at the delivery one.
What we work to
Held by the shop, audited annually, and quoted against on every job.
Quality management system, certified for the whole site including coating.
Comprehensive quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials.
Execution class 2 for structural steel components, with factory production control.
Dye penetrant and ultrasonic testing carried out and signed off in-house.
What we build most often
Every one of these is quoted from your drawing. The specifications shown are the shop standard, not a limit.

If it is not here, the answer is a phone call away rather than an email chain.
What do you need to quote?
A drawing or a 3D model, the quantity, and the date you need it. If you only have a sketch and a photograph of the thing it bolts to, send that — we will come back with questions rather than with a number we would have to revise later.
Will you work to our procedure or yours?
Either. If you have an approved welding procedure specification we will qualify against it; if you do not, we will write one for the joint and send it for your approval before any arc is struck. Nothing is welded to an unapproved procedure.
Do you take one-off jobs?
Yes, and about a third of what leaves the shop is a quantity of one. A single machine base carries the same setup cost as a batch, so the price per part is higher — but we will tell you that in the quotation instead of declining the job.
Can you hold stock for a call-off?
For a repeat part with an agreed annual quantity, yes. We will run a batch, hold it here and release against your schedule, which usually cuts three weeks off a call-off. It is agreed in writing with a review date rather than left open-ended.
What happens if a part fails inspection?
It does not ship. Because cutting, welding, coating and inspection are all in this building, a rejected part is normally back through the correct operation within the same week, and you will hear about it when we find it rather than when it is late.
Do you deliver outside Tamil Nadu?
Regularly. Anything under six tonnes goes on our own flatbed within the state; beyond that we book a carrier and quote the freight separately so you can see it rather than have it buried in the part price.
Send us a drawing
Tell us what it bolts to, how many you need and when. You will get a person rather than an auto-reply, usually the same working day and always with a question if the drawing leaves one open.
