Description
A base frame is the part that decides whether the machine on top of it holds alignment, so ours are stress-relieved after welding and then machined flat rather than being welded flat and hoped for. Mounting pads are faced in one setup on the same table, which is what keeps them coplanar. Levelling feet, cable cut-outs and lifting eyes are drawn in rather than added afterwards.
